Job Description:
1) Set, maintain and manage high standard of operation;
2) Develop manufacturing objectives consistent with existing sales, projected sales forecasts and inventory requirements;
3) Review reports on manufacturing activities, performance and results and initiates corrective actions relating to delayed schedules, excessive costs, material shortages and other deterrent factors
4) Initiate various programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency
5) Evaluate and improve manufacturing methods, layouts, equipment and techniques
6) Determine proper staffing and skill levels for the operation
7) Manage and trains the relevant team.
Profile Requirement:
1) Technical education background
2) Good command in oral and written English
3) More than 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience, JV or WOFE is a plus
4) Good at communication and coordination
5) Responsible and righteous, excellent communication skills, outstanding autonomy and flexibility in working hours
6) Good computer skills: MS software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
